Refund policy
Pop It! does not offer refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Shipping delivered your order earlier or later than was estimated - please note we have no control once shipment has been picked up
- Incorrect items or quantity provided at time of order
- Purchaser refused delivery or was not present at time of delivery
- Items unable to be delivered due to incorrect address provided
- Packing damage that does not impact quality of item
- Customer consumed at least half of the popcorn or candy
We try to ship next business day so please contact us right away if something in your order needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once order is placed. Once order has been shipped cancellations can no longer be made.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the size of order.
Orders are made fresh once ordered with no preservatives so they are best enjoyed right away once opened.
